Products

  • All our jewellery is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) unless the product page says otherwise.
  • The weight shown on each product is its actual weight. A difference of up to ±0.005 g may occur because of weighing scale precision.
  • Photos are for reference. Colour, size and finish may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Plating, oxidised finishes and stones may wear over time with normal use. This is not a defect.

Prices

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST (3%).
  • Our prices are linked to the daily silver rate and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.
  • If a price is shown wrongly because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds, or after we confirm a Cash on Delivery order.
  • We may limit quantities or refuse orders that look fraudulent or are placed for resale.
  • Offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Customised orders

Customised, personalised or made-to-order items take 7–15 working days to prepare. They cannot be cancelled once work has started and are non-returnable.

Returns, cancellations, exchange and buy back

These are covered by our Return & Refund, Cancellation, and Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back policies, which are part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

All photos, designs, text and logos on this website belong to Shri Tirupati Jewellers. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
