About our silver
Is your jewellery real 925 silver?
Yes. Every piece is made in 92.5% sterling silver and is BIS hallmarked with a unique 6-digit HUID. You can verify the HUID on the BIS CARE app.
Will the silver turn black?
Real silver can slowly darken (tarnish) when it reacts with air, sweat and chemicals – this is natural and actually shows it is real silver. It is easy to clean. See our Silver Care Guide.
How is the price of an item calculated?
Price = silver weight × today's silver rate + making charges + stone charges (if any) + 3% GST. The full price breakup is shown on every product page.
Why can the weight differ slightly from the website?
Each piece is handcrafted, so the actual weight can vary by up to ±0.005 g from the weight shown.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Ready items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Check delivery time for your pincode on the product page. Customised and engraved items take 7–15 working days.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Please note that if a prepaid parcel is refused at delivery, the actual shipping charges are deducted from the refund.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes. Choose Pick up at checkout and collect your order from our store at 1st B Road, Opposite Mahaveer Mega Mart, Sardarpura, Jodhpur. We will message you when it is ready.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping SMS / email on our Track Order page, or log in to your account to see your orders.
Returns, exchange & buy back
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 10 days of delivery only if it is damaged or defective. Please record an unboxing video and contact us with photos. Customised and engraved items cannot be returned.
What is Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back?
You can exchange or sell back our jewellery anytime. You get 100% of the value of the pure silver in it: net silver weight × purity × today's fine silver rate. Stones, beads and making charges are not counted. Try our Buy Back Calculator.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Finder – it works with a ring you already own or a piece of thread.
Services
Do you do ear piercing?
Yes. Book a slot on our Ear Piercing page. We use single-use, sterilised equipment. Children under 18 must come with a parent or guardian.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, please tell us at least 2 hours before your appointment time on WhatsApp or phone.
Do you offer gift wrap and name engraving?
Yes, both are available as paid add-ons on selected products – tick the option on the product page or in the cart.
