Refund policy

At Shri Tirupati Jewellers, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery only if the product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

When you can return

  • The product reached you damaged or broken.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong product, size or quantity.

When we cannot accept a return

  • Change of mind, or you no longer like the design.
  • The product has been worn, used, resized, altered, polished or repaired by anyone other than us.
  • Damage caused after delivery, such as breakage, scratches or tarnish from normal wear.
  • Customised, personalised or made-to-order items. These are non-returnable.
  • Ear piercing studs, nose pins and other items worn inside the body, for hygiene reasons.
  • The original packaging, tags, certificate or invoice are missing.

Customised items and piercing studs can be replaced only if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery on WhatsApp +91 80036 66800 or email support@shritirupatijewellers.com with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video, recorded without cuts while opening the parcel, is required for any claim of damage or wrong items.
  3. Our team will reply within 2 working days. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
  4. Pack the product with its original packaging, certificate and invoice.

Refunds

  • We inspect every returned product within 3 working days of receiving it.
  • If approved, you can choose a replacement of the same product (subject to stock) or a full refund.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • If the product fails inspection, we will send it back to you and no refund will be made.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
