Shri Tirupati Jewellers collects only the details needed to process your orders and bookings, never sells your data, and deletes it when you ask.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order details: products bought, order history and payment status. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. Payments are processed securely by our authorised payment gateway partners.
  • Booking details from our appointment and ear piercing forms: date, time, pincode, age of the person being pierced and your message.
  • Website usage: device, browser, pages visited and cookies, to run the store and improve it. Your wishlist and recently viewed items are saved only in your own browser.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, returns, exchanges and buy backs.
  • To confirm appointments and contact you about them.
  • To send order updates by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
  • To send offers and new designs, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.

Who we share it with

We share data only with partners who help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment gateways, courier companies, and messaging services for SMS, email and WhatsApp. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent for marketing, by emailing support@shritirupatijewellers.com. We respond within 30 days.
