Appointments & Ear Piercing Terms

Bookings made on shritirupatijewellers.com are requests. An appointment is confirmed only when the Shri Tirupati Jewellers team calls or messages you to confirm the slot.

All appointments (store visit, video call, ear piercing)

• We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm. Slots depend on availability.
• Store appointments take place at 1st B Road, Opposite Mahaveer Mega Mart, Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342003, between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Please tell us at least 2 hours before your slot if you need to cancel or reschedule, on WhatsApp +91 80036 66800.
• Booking an appointment does not oblige you to buy anything.

Ear piercing

• Piercing is done by our trained staff using single-use, sterilised equipment.
• The piercing charge, if any, and the price of the studs are shown on our Ear Piercing page and confirmed with you before the piercing.
• Piercing at home is available only when it is offered as an option on the booking page.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who gives consent at the time of piercing.
• We do not pierce a person who is unwell, has an infection, a skin condition or a wound at the piercing spot, or who has a known silver or metal allergy. Please tell us about any medical condition before the piercing.
• We may refuse a piercing if it is not safe to proceed.

Aftercare

• Keep the studs in for at least 6 weeks.
• Clean the area twice a day as advised by our staff, and do not touch it with unwashed hands.
• Mild redness or soreness for a few days is normal. If you notice swelling, pus, fever or pain that gets worse, contact a doctor promptly.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by not following aftercare advice.

Piercing studs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but they are covered by our Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on their silver value.
